A number of clinical trials are currently underway in Queensland.

One involves oral medication taken twice daily by patients who have moderate to severe active Crohn's. Another study requires an intravenous infusion to be given monthly for patients with moderately severe active Crohn's. This same treatment is also being used in a clinical trial for patients with ulcerative colitis.

All of the studies are now actively recruiting patients.
